East Idaho isn’t often seen as a hub for top-tier healthcare, but Idaho Falls Community Hospital is challenging that perception by positioning itself as the region’s trusted provider of expert emergency care. Through a campaign focused on building trust and highlighting the hospital’s specialized emergency trauma and cardiac care, we aim to show the community that exceptional, compassionate healthcare is available right where they live.

Earn trust by meeting Idahoans where they’re at.

We needed this campaign to establish trust and connect with the audience. Because trust isn’t given; it’s earned in Idaho, the expected in-hospital visuals wouldn’t cut it. That meant putting patients first in a way that felt true to them. Keep On captures Idahoans living life on their terms, going all in, and knowing the best emergency care is there if they need it.

RESULTS

Building up local care.

“Keep On, Idaho” is still ongoing and producing impactful results. We have seen increased patient volume in emergency care (+4%), inpatient care (+16% Med-Surg/+7% ICU), and intermediate care services (+24%). Notably, the Patient & Visitors web page has seen a 170% increase in visits. Most importantly, more Idahoans now know that high-quality, accessible care is available so they can keep on with confidence.
