He might not look it from his cool pompadour hair and stylish shades, but Erick is a small-town Idaho boy through and through. Much in the way he likes his coffee, Erick’s approach to work is straight forward, honest, and strong. No fluff needed.
While attending Northwest Nazarene University, Erick realized he had a knack for combining form and function, which translated to studying graphic design and marketing. He put that education to quick use, first as a graphic designer at a local ad agency, then in a broader marketing role at the Treasure Valley Family YMCA, one of Idaho’s largest non-profit organizations. In that role, he grew and sharpened his strategic and analytical skills, gained experience in project management, and continued to grow his love for smart brands and strong creative. Now back in the agency world, Erick brings a fresh perspective and a farm-roots work ethic to the Stoltz team.
But it’s not all “serious stuff” with Erick. He’s a fitness-loving, dark beer-drinking prankster who you can find laughing around town with his tightknit crew of childhood buddies and main gal, Leslie.
